More about the accommodation:
Double room available in three bedroom houseshare in Old Trafford. Bedroom has very large built-in wardrobes. Currently no bed as previous tenants have had their own, but we could ask the landlord to provide one if needed.
Lovely furnished house in good location with good transport links, especially to city centre, and walkable to Chorlton. Quiet street with on-street parking, no permit needed.
Large shared kitchen with table, and open plan living/dining room. Shared bathroom upstairs, nice garden and also a basement which is useful for storage.
We are looking for someone from 21st August, for a 6 month contract. Bills vary depending on heating use etc.- less in the summer than the winter.
