More about the accommodation:

You will have a lovely south facing double bedroom in a 3 bedroom house, sharing with 1 other (i.e. me). The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and shelves. Built-in wardrobe with rail and upper storage space. There is a garden that you can spend warm summer days there.

The toilet / bathroom is recently renovated and will be mainly yours as I have an ensuite.

The house is 200m walk to Maidenhead train station, but perfectly situated where you would not be aware of the passing trains. Close to the bus stop and the town centre with links to the Elizabeth tube and close to Heathrow airport (not on the flight path).

Maidenhead town has an Odeon cinema, shopping centres, local fresh markets, street food and all the normal things you'd find in a town (e.g. a High Street).

Rent is inclusive of all bills within reason (any excessive use will need to be covered additionally). Internet is the new high speed fibre with tops of 900 MB/s, upload and download.

I'm a working professional in my mid-thirties, who loves Jesus and am an active part of church life at my local church in St Mary's. I enjoy being active, either around the garden or out on walks and other activities, socialising with friends and travelling.

I host occasionally and if you're starting up a new community here in Maidenhead, I would be happy to introduce you to friends, church and provide local tips.

I am looking for someone who has a high standard of cleanliness around the house, values good ventilation (anti-mould household!), enjoys a good chat but equally happy to just be in quiet company, is considerate and most of all, also loves Jesus.
