The house isa 3 bedroom property with an extra room which is available to be used if you are working from home. There is a large shared lounge, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely back garden with bike shed.
The property is very near to the Tilehurst Railway station with frequent services to both London and Oxford, as well as a frequent bus service into the centre of Reading.
Nearby is a large Tesco's (with Costa coffee shop) a B&M bargains, a Waitrose and a post office.
The house is home to two other female tenants currently who share responsibilty for keeping the house tidy and clean. There is a gardener, paid for by the landlords, who maintains the pretty back garden.
The room available is on the ground floor and has lockable french window doors which lead into the garden.
The house is fully furnished and well maintained by the owners who live locally and tend to any problems quickly.

The current tenants include a nurse and a teacher, both of whom attend local churches. There has always been a friendly atmosphere in the house and the current tenants are both quiet and hard working so do some work at the house regularly.
There is internet in th ehouse and we are waiting for fast fibre which is due to arrive in this road!
The house is close to many local amenities and has a very frequent bus which runs past the house.
