House near the River Tyne and walking or cycling distance to Newcastle City centre. You can walk/cycle along the riverside path and cycleway. The property is actually in Gateshead, but close to Newcastle city centre and Metro Centre.

Quite area and easy access to riverside walks and cycle network for Newcastle and Gateshead.
Has been occupied in the past by 2 students (one attending Durham University as short cycle ride to Newcastle station and then sub 15 mins to Durham), the other at Newcastle University. It has also been rented by a married couple, both working in Newcastle. Very close to the A1M if you have a car.
Will consider letting to 2 individuals, as we have in the past or let whole place as both rooms vacant. It is furnished, but can remove furniture if required.
