The house is a recently refurbished and extended property, everything is new! It is done to an exceptional standard and you will be hard-pressed to find anything as fine a quality as this in Cambridge. It is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac, by the river (ideal for runs, walks in the meadows, and cycling into town along the cycle path) yet less than 10 minutes walk to Cambridge North train station.
It is a five bedroom and two bathroom house, and lots of storage space in the kitchen and utility room. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan, and wonderfully light and spacious. They face the secluded south-facing garden which has a decking area and grass.
A cleaner comes into the property twice a month to clean communal areas. Tenants are expected to keep their own rooms clean.

They are keen to have some kind of community atmosphere within the house, e.g. housemates each at least once a week together. They're a mix of Christians and non-Christians and get on well together.
