Hi friends, my flatmate is looking to move close to work and am looking for a flatmate to take over her tenancy.. The flat is located centrally with access to church, gym, bus stop, railway station, grocery shopping, Grand Central, Brindley place, canal link, all ideally located at a distance between 3-20 mins walk. The flat also comes with a dedicated parking spot. We also have a friendly 24/7 concierge service and the apartment complex is well secured. I go to the gate church and they are a super warm and welcoming community which is again a less than 20 min walk. The house also comes with a cute balcony and you have a Toilet bathroom to yourself with a shared living and kitchen situation. I don’t cook that often because I most often meal-prep for a week, at a time.

My flatmate is looking to move out asap, so we’re pretty open and flexible when it comes to moving in. The agent will take sometime to do a affordability check and other background checks. Apart from that it’s a very chill and easy process.

About myself, I’m 27 years old, working professional in Sustainability. Im friendly, understanding and very empathetic towards my flatmate. Id like to be friends with my flatmate while also respecting boundaries and privacy. I clean up after myself and am easy to talk to and pretty much flexible. My working pattern is hybrid, so most days I work from home. Outside of work, I go to the gym, actively engaged in church activities, and enjoying being out in the nature.
