Hello.I am looking for a professional person to share my large flat/apartment with. I am offering a double bedroom with office/study a bathroom and balcony. The shared use of the living room and kitchen and hall are all part of the rent.The flat/apartment is clean and tidy and its a nice quiet flat in a 2 storey 5 flat block.I am looking for someone who will respect their environment/flat and the other fellow tenants within the block.
The price of rent is £400 plus bills and this usually comes to around £600 per month.
References will be requested along with bank statements etc.

The flat has been recently decorated and is in a nice quiet block. There is a new bed and mattress and a nice clean office/study are attached to the bedroom. The bathroom is nice clean and modern with a walk in shower wet room. There is a nice large kitchen dinner and the use of a washing machine dishwasher and your own freezer. Plus a shared fridge coffee machine etc. The lounge is quiet large and quite contemporary with a mixture of modern and stylish designs.
I am looking for someone between 35 and 70 ideally
