We are a group of young professionals living in a large four bedroom house in Earlsfield, looking for a new housemate, as one of our current housemates is relocating .
The second bedroom is a single room on the second floor of the house with a built-in wardrobe and storage space above. The room comes unfurnished. Rent is £638.15 per/mth (excl. bills)
We have a large shared living/dining area, breakfast room, kitchen and garden. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower, primarily only used by the three housemates on the first floor.
We live on a lovely street with lots of families and a great community around us. We are in a well connected area, with Earlsfield train station around 7 minutes walk away, with trains to Waterloo taking about 12 minutes. We are also a few minutes walk from several bus stops (44, 77 and 270) and Southfields tube station (on the district line) is a 15 minute walk away. Wandsworth Southside shopping centre is a 20 minute walk away with a big Sainsbury's and lidl, or there are several small supermarkets a few minutes walk away. We are close to a few parks and we have a cafe at the end of the street that does great coffee!
The bills are about £100 a month (depending on the time of year). We are each responsible for different bills and settle the difference at the end of the month. Deposit is £625.

We are a group of Christian girls, though are open to either a guy or a girl joining the house. We are young professionals in our 20s and early 30s, and work for a school, the civil service and a Christian charity. We work from home a mix of 1-2 days a week (usually on a Friday).
We are looking for someone to join the house who is friendly and used to living with others (i.e. clean, tidy and, respectful). Ideally this person would like a mixture of doing their own thing, with their own hobbies and interests, but is also friendly and up for a chat when in the house, and spending time together depending on everyone's schedules!
