3 bed, 2nd floor tenement flat in the West End of Glasgow. Very close to the university, Byers Road and great transport links into the city. Gas central heating but electric shower and oven and an induction hob. Access to a bike pod if you have a bicycle. Shared bathroom sitting room and kitchen dining room. Cleaner comes every other week to clean the communal areas. I have two teenage boys (here about a third of the time) so there are two games consoles in the flat so if you’re into that kind of thing that’s there for you.

Looking for a new flatmate as my current tenant is relocating.
I’m 38 professional male and spend my time between London with my girlfriend and Glasgow with my teenage children. I’m in Glasgow about half of the time. I have a very friendly dog so you have to be ok with that but it does mean you can’t have pets. Hobbies include hillwalking, climbing and I’m an active member of my church.
Anything else you would like to know please ask.
