I am looking to rent out my bright and light spare double room!
The room is a really good size with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair.
There is a spacious lounge/dinning room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
There is a garden and plenty of off-street parking.
Thurston is great location with a coop, hairdressers, fish & chip shop, cafe, two pubs and petrol station.
Thurston is just outside of Bury St Edmunds with good access to the A14.
Thurston also has railway station with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stowmarket and Ipswich.
