More about the accommodation:
We'll be away for a few months, and we'd like our house to be used and a blessing to someone. Availability is now from 4th Jan to 23rd Feb 2024. We're asking for £850 per month, including council tax and bills EXCEPT electricity. You should budget about £180 per month for electricity. This price is about 70% less than the market rent. Part months can be pro-rata.
This is modern well insulated family home with a heat pump and wood burning stove. Furnished but not cluttered. We are happy to welcome all ages including families with young children, but no pets please as we suffer from allergies. There is a generous garden with a trampoline and a swing.
This is a 3 or 4 bedroom home, depending on whether you use the lounge downstairs as a 4th bedroom - it contains a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen/dining area includes a couple of sofas, so even with the lounge being used as a bedroom you would still have a good communal area.
Please note that there is an extra bedroom in the home that will be locked and used by us for storage.
