Sarah and Ellie have been here for 2 years. We have enjoyed making the house a home and are looking for a new housemate to join us!
Located a 10min walk from Gloucester Road (cafes/pubs), local supermarkets and Purdown open space this house is set in a quiet but accessible neighbourhood, 10mins from M32/M5 junctions and short walk to bus links into the city. The house comes with shared communal spaces; lounge, dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom. Accessible loft, outhouse and shed available for storage e.g. bikes. Large garden, great for hosting, BBQ's, reading in the summer. Free off-street parking out front.
The largest double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and mattress and large built in wardrobe. Large windows looking out into street. Small desk/mirror built in.
**Move in date flexible - End of Feb room available but bathroom renovations in mid March for 2 weeks. Can be discussed in more detail if interested**

I work full time in Southmead Hospital on regular daytime shifts, Ellie works full time as an nurse. We like to share the house and have made it a supportive, hospitable space for everyone. But equally like our own company and a quiet evening in after busy days.
We both have various interests and different social lives but would love to welcome someone into this space. I am looking for someone clean and respectful, but also who would be open to joining in with meals and spending time together from time to time.
