The flat is located near the corner of Queensferry Road and Orchard Brae/Dean Path, only 15 minutes walk from Princes Street and the West End. It is built into the Bristo Baptist Church building, with a separate entry at the back of the church from the carpark on the first floor up a set of external stairs.
The flat is very spacious, with one very large double room and another good-sized double room. The property would ideally suit a family or two individuals flat sharing (there is no HMO licence). There is loads of living space with a large lounge, another central room which could be used as a lounge/dining area, and a good sized kitchen. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath and has been recently refurbished. There is gas central heating with thermostat control and new radiators were installed recently. The flat is fully furnished with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, table and chairs, beds, chest of drawers, wardrobes, and kitchen items.
