Furnished good-sized double bedroom in mid-terraced house. Two bathrooms between 4 occupants (one shower over bath and one shower cubicle). Shared kitchen/living room space. Paved back garden.
Bedroom on offer is upstairs at the front of the house.
Furniture included double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and desk chair.
Gas, electric, water, WiFi and council tax bills are split equally amongst occupants. TV license and a cleaner (who visits once per fortnight to clean communal areas and bathrooms) are included in the rent.
On street parking outside requires permit but non-permitted spaces available nearby.

House is owned by a recently married couple in their mid-twenties.
Currently there are two tenants living in the house. A 30 year old female from New Zealand who is working in hospitality. She is bubbly and chatty, enjoys crafts and movie nights with the occasional cocktail. The other tenant is in her early 20s. She is lovely and kind. She works as a paediatric nurse in grange hospital emergency department. Both girls work shift patterns.
