We are a couple in our 30’s with a baby + a dog. Friendly and crazy Labrador. You must be ok with dogs as she is part of the family and roams the house.
However, she will not be allowed or permitted in your space unless you wish.
You will have your own space in the loft room with your own en-suite shower room.
Furniture is provided. Bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. More storage under the bed.
We are seeking a quiet, polite, considerate and committed Christian who is wanting to share a family home.
Space for parking off street.
Close to the Central, Piccadilly and Metropolitan Tube lines. Zone 6.
Please note that you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement with OpenRent, undergo a credit check with the rent collection service provided through OpenRent. You will be provided with all protections and assurances from a tenancy agreement. This will include references and potential guarantors depending on your situation. A draft copy of this agreement can be provided at viewing.
We are more than willing to discuss and work together on an arrangement for a five day let instead of a seven day, which could include a discount. Happy to discuss!
