As a household, we are committed to maintaining a genuinely safe and secure home environment for everyone.
Standard checks and references are required for all in the home.
This means you can feel secure in the knowledge that everyone in the home has been through the same vetting process, whilst still living in community.
All bills included:

>£162.50 per week (£650 deposit) double bedroom
Friendly safe fun community environment, with good churches within walking distance. Walking distance/Direct bus links to Leeds Train station, Coach Station, Leeds University, Leeds City Centre, Elland Road, etc, nearby. Good central location. Super easy motorway links. Nearby green parks, theatre, gyms, GPs, post office, newsagents, etc. Nearby cycle routes. All rooms have sufficient storage and furniture for comfortable living.
