The flat is nicely refurbished a year ago, has high ceilings, a huge roof terrace area, and great local facilities including 2 large supermarkets, a gym and leisure centre, and several local tube stations.
There are 2 bedrooms available, one is smaller and pays £730 a month, and one is larger and pays £790 a month. I have quoted a figure in the middle since you can only put one in the box on the ad. For the same reason the deposit figure is an estimate, but it'll be 6 weeks of rent.
There's also the most wonderful and loving cat, which is something to be aware of for anyone who's allergic (but I know this will be a positive for a lot of people too - she really is the most adorable cat you'll ever meet).

I'm 35 and have attended Euston Church for over a decade. Both my housemates are moving out at the same time (due to getting married and moving away) so it's absolutely a chance for a new flat dynamic to be formed, but as it stands we all cook separately but love hosting and are very social. I personally have a love of board games and football (watching and playing), and enjoy a good movie too. Sylvie, my wonderful ragdoll cat, is the most wonderful and loving cat you will ever meet and always gives great company too.
