We are a friendly household of three working females, currently looking for a female housemate to join us.
The available room faces the garden with plenty of natural light, enough space for a double bed and is in a semi-detached house in the heart of central Guildford.
We are looking for a young working professional with a steady income who is friendly, tidy and easy-going.
The house is located a 3 minute walk from Guildford High Street and a 15 minute walk from Guildford Station. Supermarkets are close by and lots of areas of outstanding natural beauty on the doorstep such as Pewley Down and Stoke Park.
Parking is available on the driveway.
