The house is a 1980's terraced property. Lounge usage subject to owners convenience. Local shops a 10 minute walk away. Bus service 5minutes away. Sea 20 minute walk away. The bathroom has a shower and is next to the bedroom with cupboard and wardrobe space. House very clean, Use of kitchen cupboard, fridge and freezer self. Owner attends the Wave church and could provide introduction to other Christians in area. If you are a full time student then the council tax costs could be waved as there is no increase from single use for a full time student tenant. The house has a small but secluded cottage style garden. Rent would be required at the end of every calendar month and a month's rent in advance. All bills except payment towards council tax included.

More about the household:

As an ex art teacher and recent widow, I am happy to offer a room for perhaps a Christian student, mature or otherwise. My dining table is usually used for creative projects but shared meals are included. There is use of the gas oven, fridge and freezer and washing machine, iron, hoover. I attend church house group, occasional worship practices and services because I love to. I hold a BA (hons in fine art). I am happy to try and learn more French or another language if necessary for communication. I have no pets at the moment. I love reading and watching i player programmes and films. The lounge is available for relaxation subject to negotiation and the garden too. If I have guests then I may ask for privacy for that evening. I like most foods except pasta, but I live simply on fish, chicken, vegetables and salads. If I am cooking for two then these would be more varied and tasty. The house is clean and neat with family atmosphere.
