A ground floor 2 bedroom flat in a lovely 1950's block. I have only recently purchased the flat and am slowing making it my own. There is a decent sized lounge with a piano and plenty of space for having people over or to generally relax. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is very handy for those times when both people are getting ready to go. The kitchen is not huge but it has lots of space for someone to move in and feel that they can enjoy cooking. I have ticked the garden option and although it doesn't strictly have it's own garden then is space outside that has been cleverly made private.The room itself is about 3.5m by 2m that has a fitted wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors all along one of the walls, which is a huge amount of storage. The local area we are 3 mins walk for the shopping area of Mitcham and are surrounded by 2 Lidls and Asda within walking distance. Transport links it's 10 mins walk from Mitcham Eastfields train station, and it's 15 mins bus to either Colliers Wood or Tooting Broadway tube for the Northern line. Postcode is CR4 2JT.

I'm a vocal coach/singing teacher by profession and specialise in Musical Theatre with a studio in Soho. As you may have noticed I have a piano at home and although I don't teach at home I do worship, sing, play and write at home. Having recently taken on the overall leader of the worship in my church there will be times that others come over and join me. I am a chatterer and like to live with someone who is happy to chat and debrief at the end of the day. I've lived in shared accommodation and have lived with all sorts of people but as a new home owner I know that my home is dedicated to Jesus and want whoever lives with me, for a short or long time to share that same love.
