It's a bright, comfortable and homely three bedroom house. It has front and back garden. There are two bathrooms (with showers); large kitchen; living / dining room with TV (and license). There is use of a study. A cleaner comes twice monthly to clean shared areas and bathrooms. Sharing with tow female (mid-20's and mid 30's respectivele), professional and Christian).

In the bedroom is a comfortable single bed. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers; a bedside table with lamp; chest of drawers; side-table / desk plus chair. The window is double glazed with blind and curtain (to block light) and this room looks onto the front garden (plus neighbours paddock with the occasional horse there!).

There is a Waitrose, Co-op and mini-supermarket within walking distance, plus two cafes.

Enjoys walks, going to the gym, meeting with friends, reading. Enjoys chats though quiet times are precious.

There is a new member of the household a young and very cute puppy. She is not allowed to roam around the house and is taken care of by one member of the household. Any involvement by others is purely optional. The pup is already quite obedient and has attended 'dog training classes'.
