It's a bright, comfortable and homely three bedroom house. It has front and back garden. There are two bathrooms (with showers); large kitchen; living / dining room with TV (and license). There is use of a study. A cleaner comes twice monthly to clean shared areas and bathrooms. Sharing with one female, professional and Christian).
In the bedroom is a comfortable single bed. There is a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers; a bedside table with lamp; chest of drawers; side-table / desk plus chair. The window is double glazed with blind and curtain (to block light) and this room looks onto the front garden (plus neighbours paddock with the occasional horse there!).
