I am looking for a lodger to move into the 2nd double room in my flat. I have a very friendly cat called Loki so being fond of animals is a must! (He's an outdoor cat so the flat doesn't smell)
The flat is around 13 minutes walk from South Ealing Underground and 20 minutes walk from Brentford & Kew overground. Some free street parking (first come first serve).
£800(incl bills) per month. Bills also include fast virgin broadband and TV. The flat is fully furnished including kitchen items which will be communal, so no need to bring anything. French doors open onto communal garden, flat is south facing so lots of sunshine!

I'm 34 and work as a social worker. I'm a committed Christian and attend church regularly. I'm often out meeting friends in the evenings and weekends but also value a midweek night in - looking for a lodger with a similar social life.
I often go away for weekends so hoping for someone willing to look after Loki whilst I'm gone (basically just feeding him once a day and giving him attention!)
Looking for someone who doesn't work from home as there isn't room for a desk in the bedroom (desk in photo will be swapped for chest of drawers).
