Hi,
I own the flat and you would be sharing the space with me. I"ve lived here for 10 years and have rented my spare room to several people over that time.
The flat has double glazing, and the bedroom is quiet and overlooks gardens. The kitchen/lounge overlooks the main road to the front. It is near the river and nice pubs, shops on Kings street, 10 mins to Ravenscourt Park tube, 20 mins to Hammersmith tube and about 25 mins drive to Heathrow. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a bathroom and a kitchen/lounge. There isn't any bike storage. I keep mine on the street and it has been OK so far! There is also resident permit parking on the street.
The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. I do the cleaning and am happy to vacuum the room when I do the flat.

I have recently moved back from working abroad so am in the flat quite a lot job hunting. I expect to find a job that involved a couple of days working from home and am also happy to share with someone who is working from home par too the time too as there are desks in both bedrooms.
I like cooking and am happy to cook for both of us if you are around. My brother lives in Wimbledon so comes over sometimes for Sunday lunch. I used to watch Netflix or eat dinner together with my previous housemate, and we would have breakfast on the days we were both working from home. I"m currently looking for a new church.
