Hello! We've got one room available in this lovely 3 bedroom house on a quiet little cul de sac in the heart of Tooting with easy access to both Tooting undergrounds & buses to Clapham Junction, Brixton, Elephant & Castle etc

It’s got a large living/dining room which is great for hosting friends, a great little garden perfect for BBQs and fire pits in the summer. The house has lots of extra storage space, plus space to keep bikes in the hallway and our own driveway.

The house is on an annual rolling contract. We each take responsibility for the bills i. e one person is responsible for G&E and we send our share over. Altogether Bills are between £95 - 120max, depending on the G&E for the month. A deposit will be required by the landlord.

Hey you! We've got a double room with extra storage space, available in this peaceful, spacious & clean lovely house with a garden, right in the heart of Tooting Bec & Broadway.

Rent is £820 pcm with bills falling between £100-£120 depending on the rise and fall of G&E. We each take responsibility for a utility bill and split it between us.

Our neighbours are really lovely and we've got a nice community feel in our little cul-de-sac.

We've got good access to cycling route, buses going to Clapham Junction, E&C and Brixton.

We also have an amazing variety of supermarkets in the area - Tesco Express for a fix quick and Lidl, Aldi, Holland & Barrett and Sainsbury's heading towards Broadway.

If you love an M&S & a Waitrose, that'll be towards Balham / Clapham Common, but there's so much in between as well as good local coffee & brunch spots if you're a foodie!

You'll be living with two other housemates, myself & Joel.

I'm Dola, early 30's, work in advertising, I'm super chill, like to nap and currently preparing for my first half marathon.

Joel is mid-20's, works in audio production, is outgoing, loves to hangout and when he's not making music, he's watching something on TV.

On occasion we tend to have people round in the evenings, i. e I host a small group twice a month on Thursday evenings but it's typically a really chill and peaceful household.

We're looking for a housemate (ideally female) who would love to be part of this household, loves to keep communal areas clean & tidy and is happy to look after the driveway & garden with us (landlady requirements).
