Hi, I'm Afua. I am a 39-year-old Deputy Headteacher, and I am looking for someone to share my bright, comfortable flat in Stratford as a lodger from the start of June. I would probably prefer a woman, but open to guys, too!
The flat is in a lovely new development in Stratford. The building has a concierge and an on-site gym which you would be able to access. There is a large separate kitchen and lounge with a small balcony. There are two communal outdoor spaces. The double bedroom comes fully furnished and also has room for a desk and chair.
My bedroom has an ensuite, so you would have almost sole use of the large family bathroom. There is also a small spare room which I occasionally use as an office.
Rent: £1250 pcm (this includes bills)
