Everyone living in the property currently, is a Christian.
Very close to train station - Bellingham train station is a 8 mins walk

Nice quiet and respectable household, no problems between any of the tenants.

Cleaner visits the property every two weeks and cleans the communal areas.
All bills included and wireless internet provided.

We have just fitted a brand new shower in the bathroom upstairs (thermostatic so the temperature stays constant)
There is a tumble dryer on the landing upstairs.

There is a mixture of younger and older tenants currently but it is a very peaceful and respectful household where everyone gets along and we are in contact with each other for general chat/maintenance etc via a WhatsApp group for the house.
