Nice quiet and respectable household, no problems between any of the tenants.
Cleaner visits the property once a month and cleans the communal areas.
All bills included and wireless internet provided.
It is a very peaceful and respectful household where everyone gets along and we are in contact with each other for general chat/maintenance etc via a WhatsApp group for the house.
