More about the accommodation:

We have two bedrooms available in our lovely flat in Wimbledon from August. Room 1 (see photos) is available from mid August and Room 2 is available from 01 July. They are both good sized double rooms with storage in a flat with a large living room, and modern kitchen and bathroom. We are a short walk from Wimbledon and Wimbledon Park stations, as we as being close to the town centre, park, common and village. Despite this we live on a leafy, quiet street with a balcony, shared garden space and plenty of street parking (permitted). There is also a large lockable cupboard on the ground floor, suitable for storing bikes.

You'll be living with our continuing housemate who is a wonderful friendly Catholic woman, keen to keep the homely feel we currently have and living with Christian values. Wimbledon has many churches and a great community feel, as well as being in easy reaching distance of other London churches.

The flat is a wonderful home, and our landlord is very responsive/supportive. There are two rooms available as one housemate is leaving after many happy years in the flat to get married, and the other has work commitments away from London. We have both loved living in such a great place, and wish the next housemates the same happiness.

You'll be joining two other female young professionals in a friendly home with great company and an impressive drinks selection! The flat has a homely vibe, and often do things together, eg hosting friends, cooking dinner or just catching up with a cuppa on the balcony.
