In the most friendly way possible, this is not a working from home or hybrid option.
This is a lovely, large, light and airy house in excellent condition and working order. Whereas it's not a high drinking, party house, it is also very friendly.
There is a double roomed kitchen with dining one end and cooking the other. The bathroom is also large and beautifully tiled. It is all very well kept.
The room itself has a small double bed, desk and chair, lights, masses of shelves and 3 wardrobes. It has just been redecorated with a new carpet. It is a very light room.
Southside Shopping Centre is a 6 minute walk with a shopping mall with all the named brand shops you would expect + a choice of supermarkets, doctors' surgery, dentists and all conveniences.
There is a cinema complex with 12 screens, more than 10 gyms in the area and very many cafes and restaurants to suit any taste.
Clapham Junction is a 5 minute bus ride.
Wandsworth Town is on the Waterloo/Richmond line and there are masses of buses going in all directions from outside the house and nearby.
The Tonsleys with its street dining areas is quaint and very popular. The Thames is 7 minutes from the house.
I live in the house and am a driving instructor and the other lodger runs a fitness business. We are both self employed with varied hours and both friendly and independent. We are all vaccinated. The house would suit someone who likes mixing in and also has their own things happening.

Hi, there are 2 of us sharing the house and facilities. I am the owner and a Physiotherapist and Driving Instructor and very involved in young people and Prayer Ministry. I've lived here for 21 years so know alot of the community and people around generally. I'm fairly upbeat and do my best round issues like the climate. There's a small garden that I love and look after.
The other lodger is a young, very super young woman who works in the charity sector
She's really nice and we get on well together.
It's a calm house to relax in from busy lives outside.
This is not a working from home or hybrid option as it's a lovely atmosphere that people go out to work and then the house is where we relax and recharge,
