Hi folks
We are a friendly house of mainly young people (plus one vicar).
The lovely Joanna is just moving on - and we know that in less than a year 23 year old Jess will be moving in when her mum's house sells - so this room is on an extra cheap rent because it's a temporary let. The minimum you will have this room for is three months and you could have it for up to a year. You will of course get at least a month's notice.
[nb Mark is now going back to America at Christmas - so there will be another larger room available then if you like us - which will be permanent but more expensive]
THE LOCATION
We are in Hanwell on the Elizabeth line - we are literally around the corner from the station. The worst wait is twenty minutes and then you can zoom into London (17 mins to Bond Street).
Its also on the bus to White City (Westfield) with stops at Ealing and Acton and a NIGHT BUS to central London
Hanwell is in Ealing. If you don't know Ealing, it is a very bustling suburb of London with a fair degree of local night life and restaurents etc. But the road we are on is very quiet.
YOUR ROOM
It's a cozy single room with single bed. But unlike many single rooms in shared houses, our house comes with a LOT of communal space. There is a large living room and a kitchen diner and a conservatory that will eventually be a study as well as a beautiful Garden just the right size for holding a BBQ in.
When you look at the fuirnitur in the room, if there is something you think is missing do let me know and I will try to source it for you.

So in the house at the moment we have
Nathan (20) - half American, half Brit who has come over to the UK to rediscover his routes
Mark (26) - Alaskan who works in a fertility clinic
Mund (old geezer, vicar) and his fiancee Kerrie who visits sometimes
We are sociable people and while we don't live in each other's pockets, we chat as we cook, often watch telly together and we like to have occasional house dinners. If you are having a party in the house please invite the rest of us!
