Single room on middle floor of shared house. Large shared shower room/ WC. Shared lounge and small but well equipped kitchen downstairs, plus a second shower/wc. Lounge has a large TV with netflix, SKy sports etc all included. There's a good stock of games, books and puzzles! Transport links are excellent we're about 5 min walk from Ilford station on the new Elizabeth line with fast easy connections to city centre and Heathrow. Loads of buses at the end of the street. Beautiful park nearby and plenty of eateries in town centre. Ilford is only just being discovered as a commuter town, great connections plus plenty of green space.

You'd be sharing with one female, one male on same floor. Another female has a self contained loft suite and is often away. It's a lovely house and we place a high value on being tidy and clean and keeping the place nice. We're looking for a grown up, friendly and tidy housemate! Owners live next door and are helpful and friendly.
