This is a one double bedroom ensuite room in a lovely first floor 3 bedroom flat in the sought after French apartments complex in Purley, Croydon. It is a good sized room and the first to see will take. The rent includes all bills, however there may be additional CT costs. Universal credit can be accepted.
The flat has three-bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one current occupant, with a large living room and separate kitchen. Alongside the other amenities, there is a dishwasher, washing machine and porter and private gym (currently being renovated). Your bathroom may v occasionally be shared with guests. All bills are included except possible, cleaner £30-45pcm/council tax. Total expected cost excluding cleaner: £725pcm.
It is cosy, well insulated, warm with cream carpets.
There is no storage space available unfortunately.
The room also has optional blackout blinds so you won't be woken by the morning sun if you don't want.
The flat is in a private residential complex that includes free access to a gym (currently under repair) and has well managed garden areas available for shared communal use including bbq area. It is a 5-minutes walk to Purley Station which has regular trains direct to Clapham Junction in 15-minutes and Victoria/London Bridge in 20- 25 mins.
It has a huge Tesco extra 2 minute away.
Move in date is flexible and short term rentals would pay for a minimum term of 8 weeks please.
If you are in receipt of universal credit or at the house between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday then the rent will be min £850pcm.

There will be an extra £250 added to monthly rent if you stay for under 2 months.

I am a relaxed, easy going and easy to talk to (being a family mediator helps :)) and I don't take myself too seriously. I like to socialise a little bit and I can enjoy the occasional glass of wine and film with flatmates as and when it is convenient for all. I like to play the keys (with headphones when necessary) and there are 2 keyboards in the flat so if you like the same, you are welcome to play at anytime.
I am a self-employed family mediator and have been working from home since lockdown. I really enjoy my work and I am comfortable in my own company and easy to talk to.
