This is a self contained studio flat on the top floor of a house, so access is through the house. The studio has its own bathroom with shower and velux window, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is a shut away kitchen with a dual hob, fridge freezer, oven & Microwave. The Studio is an L Shape and has windows facing south and west so nice and sunny with a big dormer double glazed window. It is a very cosy space.

The studio has walnut laminate floors and wood furniture, it also has eaves storage space.

Communal broadband is provided and there is a communal washing machine and dryer on the ground floor for washing.

Rent includes all bills incl gas central heating, electric, water, super fast fibre broadband and no council tax to pay as within the main property.

The studio is close to Childs Hill Park with its outdoor gym, Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Travel options are extensive being close to both Golders Green Station but also 1 min from bus stop to Finchley Road and all over London.

It is an excellent location for access to all London airports.

There is a Co-op supermarket within 5 mins walk and the bigger Sainsbury's in Golders Green. We are very close to Finchley Road so no dark roads to walk down at night and the very small stretch of road is well lit.

If using Finchley Road or the overground Finchley and Frognal we are in Zone 2 otherwise Golders Green is Zone 3.
