A Sunny Modern self contained studio flat on the top floor of a house, access is through the house. The studio has its own bathroom with bath and shower, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is a shut away kitchen with a dual hob, fridge freezer, Over/Grill/Microwave. Windows face south and west so nice and sunny with a big dormer double glazed window. It is a very cosy space.
Floors are walnut laminate and there is additional eaves storage space.
Communal broadband is provided and a communal washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
Rent includes all bills incl gas central heating, electric, water, fibre broadband and no council tax to pay as Studio is within the main property.
Location is very close to Childs Hill Park with its outdoor gym, cafe and tennis courts, and also close to Golders Hill Park & Hampstead Heath. Travel options are extensive being close to both Golders Green Station but also 2 min from bus stop on Finchley Road with buses all over London.
It is an excellent location for access to all London airports.
There is a Co-op supermarket within 5 mins walk and the bigger Sainsbury's in Golders Green. We are very close to Finchley Road so no dark roads to walk down at night and the very small stretch of road is well lit.
If using Finchley Road or the overground Finchley and Frognal we are in Zone 2 otherwise Golders Green is Zone 3.
