I own a 3-bedroom detached house in a quiet pretty cul-de-sac off Cotswold Way in Worcester Park. The available bedroom has a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chair and space for a small table if wanted. The person moving in would share the bathroom, which has both a bath and shower, with one other person. The sitting-room, kitchen, dining-room, conservatory and garden are for everyone's use. The pretty garden has a patio area with table and 4-6 chairs. .

A bicycle could be stored in the garage. The 93 bus and 293 bus can be caught from the bottom of Langley Avenue and frequent buses take you to Morden tube station, Wimbledon stations and Putney, You get to Ewell and Epsom in the other direction.. Also there is a hopper bus from Langley Avenue to Worcester Park station. every 20 minutes.. It takes 30 minutes to get to Waterloo via Clapham Junction.

There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach as well as cafes and restaurants. We can walk to a large Sainsburys and an Aldi. Nonsuch Park is a 10-minute drive away. There's a wetlands area a 10-minute walk away..The GP Centre, Leisure Centre and NHS dental practice are also within walking distance.

My current housemate works as a Teaching Assistant. I used to teach children with special needs but am now retired. We are both prayerful and pray for each other's needs. We go to two different evangelical churches. I have a 15 minute drive to Oasis Colliers Wood. I am on two teams doing street evangelism when the weather is dry.

We generally cook separately but we share a meal together when it's convenient. We enjoy watching Christian TV and listening to Premier Christian Radio We both love the Lord and stand for biblical truth. I'm looking for someone who has a similar outlook and is in full-time employment. I can offer loft space for storage of books and clothes, but not furniture.
