Small double with shower room opposite
Quiet house with quiet hours 10pm to 7am (no laundry, phone calls, cooking or guests between these hours). The house is close to parks, cycle/footpath to Oxford, close to JR hospital. Garden for housemates to use.
There is parking space on the driveway, washing machine, drier, garden. This is a quiet, clean and tidy house in a good neighborhood.
There is room to store your bike or small car the drive. For under 3 months short term rates are £220 per week or £850 per month, if you are interested but this is unaffordable for you, get in touch and I may be able to offer a discount.

We tend to cook separately except on special occasions and each housemate has their own cupboard and fridge and freezer space. The house would suit someone who wants a quiet place to relax or study. There is somewhere to store a bike or car and it is very easy to get into the centre by bike or bus. Lots of nice walks nearby, I discovered them in the first lockdown!
