We are a fun and loving Christian household who enjoy the company of other people and welcome people into the home.
I rent out rooms to 3 or 4 lodgers.
The lodgers bathroom has hot water that never runs out,
There is a basin in the bedroom.
A good size room, single bed. with desk & comfy chair / wardrobe / drawers
Use of kitchen (for your own cooking) plus fridge and dining area / sitting room.
Close to Tooting Bec (northern line)
Tooting over ground ( Thames link )
Streatham common ( over ground)
Plenty of buses
Parking is free in the next door roads
Tooting common and woods are very close by. Feels like country side !
Shops ...mini supermarkets /Coffee bar / dry cleaners are 3 mins walk away plus Sainsbury's not far away
