Hi, I'm Fiona. I'm a 33 year old teacher and I'm looking for a housemate to share this lovely spacious house in the West end/Maryhill just off of Garrioch Rd.It's a lovely modern build with residents parking and is just 5 minutes via Garioch Rd to the botanics, Oran Mor and the rest of the West End are 10 minutes walk.. We are on great transport links with buses every 2 minutes into the city center and these take about 15 minutes.


The house is actually very big but the photos don't do it justice. The room itself is a spacious double. It is a modern room with cream walls and all new furniture including bed and triple wardrobe with a shelving compartment. There is also a built in double wardrobe/ storage space in the hallway adjacent to the room for your use. The house is very spacious and you'll often get the living room to yourself. The kitchen is also extremely large and theres lots of storage space in the house.. The outside has a garden to the back and front with seating and a bbq etc. Lots of lovely space to hang out :)

Feel free to pop by for a cuppa and a nosey. I'm off work for a fortnight right now for a bit so I am able to be free at some point most days.

More about the household:

We love food. And eating food. There is often talk of food also ;) Rachel works as a fundraiser for a charity and nah was lovely artwork, I am a teacher and volunteer also for citizen's advice. My favourite hobby at the moment is talking about how I'll unpack that last moving box in the livingroom... and has been for 2 months. Shame me about it if it's still there when you come to view!!
