The apartment is a walking distance to the Mitcham eastfields station which has access to Victoria, Balham, London bridge , Clapham junction and Blackfriars. Buses close by can be used to access tooting, colliers wood and ,Croydon and Wimbledon.

The double bedroom is spacious and the prospective person will have access to their own toilet and bathroom with a shared open plan kitchen and living room.
If you drive the neighboring roads have free parking.

I'm looking for a housemate who is friendly, fairly quiet, responsible, respectful, neat and tidy( this is very important to me) and just simply pleasant. In essence someone with the fruits of the spirit 🙂

As a secondary school teacher I have a busy schedule and therefore need someone who is friendly, easy going but generally quiet, respectful and polite.

I'm afraid I am not considering couples, just a single female professional.

I'm a friendly , kind housemate. I am quite active at church can be quite busy. I love listening to worship music whilst cooking or working ( although this is not at a volume that will disturb you).
I take pride in my environment and love a clean environment. So I need someone who cleans after themselves and keeps all areas of the apartment clean and tidy).
