Hi,

I have a large furnished room in a comfortable and clean house. The room has a bed, ensuite washbasin, and good storage with built in wardrobes, a large and a small chest of drawers. There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs too.

The kitchen comes with a w/machine, F/F, dishwasher and microwave, there is also a tumble dryer, there is cutlery and crockery for use too.
There is a lounge/dining room there which opens onto the garden which is a great place to relax in on a sunny afternoon. There is a park 2 minutes walk away and also Beckenham Place Park is within walking distance too.

The house is in a residential road with unrestricted parking. There are good transport links into London, Lewisham and Bromley as Bellingham train station and Catford bus garage are about 10 mins walk away. There are local shops close by as well as the ones in Catford town centre.

It is a small household, I am looking for 1 more person to come and live here. Currently, there are 2 of us.

The rent includes bills, council tax and broadband. The house would suit a non-smoking professional female.

Hi, there are 2 of us living here. I am from Catford, having lived here most of my life. I have been a Christian a long time. I work in education supporting primary schools. I go to Forest Hill Community Church, I am actively involved, which includes the Children's work and prayer ministry. The other person has been living in the house for over a year. He is a driving instructor and goes to a Pentecostal church.
