Hi, My family and I need to find a new house to rent as our current landlord is moving back into ours! We hope to move late between late November and Christmas, but have some flex. We are a family of 4, soon to be 5. My husband and I are both working professionals. We are looking for a min. 3 bedroom home. Our budget is max. 1700 pcm. We would like a house (terraced/semi/detached/bungalow,) but not a flat or maisonette. We would prefer a garden for our children. We do not smoke, we have no pets. We are able to provide references from previous landlords if required.
