More about the accommodation seekers:
We are a soon-to-be married couple looking for our first home today. Both of us are primary school teachers - Becca in Dronfield and Jonathan in Handsworth. Becca is born and bred in Sheffield but Jonathan will be moving up from London (just before we get married in August!). We would be looking to start moving things into a property from early-mid July, Jonathan will then move up in mid-late July once the school year has finished and, finally, Becca will join him once we get married at the beginning of August.
We are both committed Christmas and members at Greenhill Methodist Church. This is the church Becca grew up in and is now both a leadership team member and worship leader at. As a couple, we are also soon to be taking over as the youth group leaders.
We’re both creative people who love music. Becca sings and both of us are learning piano. Becca went to drama school and worked as a musical theatre actor for a little while. Jonathan is certainly the more sporty one of the two of us and has enjoyed trying his hand at many different sports over the years! Both of us try our best with the gym and fitness, and like going on long, adventurous walks to explore. We also love to cook, especially food from different cultures. We ourselves have different cultural backgrounds - Jonathan is Irish and Ghanaian, Becca is English, Jamaican and Chinese.
We have a shy but loving ginger cat called Hercules who will be coming along with us in whichever property we end up in. We are big animal animal lovers!
