More about the accommodation seeker:
My name is Erica, and I am a Christian woman looking for a room in a peaceful and respectful evangelical home.
I congregate at St Mark’s Church, City Rise, where I serve on the reception team. Church has become a very important part of my life, especially after a difficult season I have lived through. Sundays are dedicated to church and faith, which bring me peace and stability.
I am friendly and approachable, but I also value my own space and quiet time. I work hard during the week and appreciate coming home to a calm, clean and organised environment.
I have lived 6 years in one home and 4 years in another, which reflects my stability, respect for shared living and long-term commitment as a housemate.
I work in the Liverpool Street / Moorgate area from Monday to Friday and am therefore looking for a home with easy transport connections to this area. Ideally, I am looking around locations I am familiar with, such as areas close to the Northern Line, all Clapham's, or SW in general, open to living close to the city as well.
What I am looking for:
• A clean and tidy home, free from clutter
• Fair and respectful sharing of common spaces
• A calm household, no parties or excessive noise
• Mutual respect and consideration
• Easy transport to Liverpool Street
About me:
• Christian, active in church life
• Friendly, calm and respectful
• Non-smoker
• Vegetarian
• Animal lover (cats and dogs are very welcome)
• Clean, organised and considerate
I am hoping to find a Christian home where faith, peace and respect are shared, and where I can feel settled and at ease.
Kind regards,
Erica
