I’m looking for a welcoming place to call home in Cambridge from late September or early October, as I’m starting a PhD in the Department of Land Economy. I’ll be a full-time student but very much treat this as a job —so I’ll be out and about most weekdays and will really appreciate somewhere relaxed and friendly to come back to. A little about me: I’m 34, and have been working in cities and infrastructure in London for the past few years. I’m sociable, active, clean, and easy to live with. I’ve lived in plenty of shared houses and really value being part of a home where people are kind, communicative, and respectful—whether that means the occasional dinner together or just a nice hello in the kitchen. I’ll be moving from London and may not be able to pop by in person for a viewing immediately, so happy to have an initial call instead!
