I'm 30+ year old professional who has recently arrived in London from New Zealand. I'm starting my budget lower but willing to pay more for a Whole Property. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom/studio property or a flat share with 2-3 Christian females. I'm open to living with a live-in landlord and will do my fair share of cooking and cleaning. I'm neat, tidy, clean and quiet. I'm responsible with paying rent and bills on time and have a history of being the lead tenant with the landlord or being responsible for the flat bank account. I have smallu groups over to the house such as church bible studies or small move nights but not large groups, partners staying over or parties. I enjoy reading, creativity, movies and TV, walks and getting to know my flatmates. I am communicative and cooperative and happy to let you have our own space.
