I am a teacher working in Guildford looking for a room to rent whilst I buy my own place in the area. Having moved to start a new job earlier this year I have got involved at Binscombe Church and am getting to know the area. I own a flat in South East London which is currently on the market so am hoping that it will sell soon and that I'll be able to buy near Godalming soon. I am clean and tidy and during term time tend to leave the house around half past seven and return by six o'clock. I have friends and family in the area so will be out a fair bit at the weekends and particularly on Sundays. However I'm friendly and don't want to just sit in my bedroom when I am not out of the house.
