I am a single dad looking for 2 rooms in Coventry - one for my 6-YR-OLD DAUGHTER who lives with me 50% of the time. I am a postdoc research for University of Birmingham but often work at home, so it would be good if one of the bedrooms is large enough to fit in a desk as well. I am clean, tidy, can cook for myself and am also happy to cook for you if you want to share meals occasionally. My daughter sleeps well and knows not to make too much noise in the morning! But of course she is a child and so we will need access to the lounge, garden etc. when she stays with me (3-4 days/week). She's a lot of fun to have around. We play board games, cards, football and music together. I am also an avid cyclist so would ideally like some storage space for bikes. We need to move be September latest, but could move in earlier over the Summer if it is available.
