Its a full houseshare. The single room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The double is south facing at the front of the house and gets sunshine in the morning. Both rooms have wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, desk, washbasin, and smart tv. There is a fully equipped kitchen diner with washing machines, tumble dryer, dish washer and microwave. There is also a front lounge. The house is located near South Ealing Tube station on the Piccadilly Line. Local shops and supermarkets are nearby, including a Coop and Sainsbury. Also pubs ,restaurants and cafes close at hand .Short bus ride to Ealing Broadway for District and Central Lines, and Paddington main line. Or just a 20minute walk.
We are located close to several pleasant parks and Kew Gardens is only 10 minutes on the 65 bus, which runs from Ealing to Kingston, through Richmond. The house has broadband

More about the household:

We are a friendly graduate household with varied interests. We attend different churches in London and locally. The rooms are well furnished, and would probably suit female professionals or mature students of 30 upwards or thereabouts. We work in different areas including civil service, and galleries. There is 1 lady living here at present. Its just a couple of minutes from South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly line. Both rooms have Smart TVs but they can be taken out if not needed. Its a fairly quiet road, with friendly neighbors, most of whom swop messages on a street WhatsApp group, which is useful. There are several pleasant cafes nearby as well as restaurants. Cars need a parking permit from the local council. Help is available with transport for moving if lots of belongings
