As well as being in the University area, the house is close to amazing amenities, bus routes (Ecclesall Rd.), shops, eateries, racket sports and gym, park and Botanical gardens and a mainly off road cycle route to the Peak District, not to mention a fantastic choice of amazing churches.
The house has recently been refurbished, is in good condition and dry, the rooms are warm.
Top floor - there are two room and one toilet, married couple occupies the top floor, no children.
Second floor - there are three bedrooms one bathroom / toilet and one separate toilet.
Ground floor - kitchen and dining / living room to share and one living room for private use of landlords.
Bicycles can be covered in locked garden.

We are an Anglo - Spanish couple. We own our own business which is a safety consultancy specialising in building facade access and outdoor events. We travel often due to business and also due to Charity work. There are no children in the house hold.
We do not have pets.
