This is a good sized detached property build in the 1970's, a ten minute walk from East Croydon station, and 11 minutes by train from Victoria and London Bridge. The Tram stop is at the end of the road, catching the tram to East Croydon Station reduces travel time by five minutes.
My home is set away from the road, with a large garden, so is quiet and secluded. I work from home . The room available is a good sized double room with a single bed. It has its own basin and is fitted with a desk, bed, wardrobe, drawers, arm chair, rug .
We are surrounded with a range of restaurants . There are kebab shops, Greek restaurant, cafes, pizza take away and fish and chips. Most of the local shops are individually owned and run, with Co- Op and Tesco Express around the corner and a Sainsbury's further up the road. Another Sainsbury's is by the station, as is Box Park. We are served by good launderettes and dry cleaners, butcher and green grocers, plenty of nail bars, the best DIY shop,A good dentist and two medical centres are close by. IKEA is a couple of miles.
We are very close to Lloyd Park which is a fantastic green space for walks, running etc and has a cafe; the Railway park and Bingham Road park are close by, and Crystal Palace is two miles away. I have two lovely dogs, who will befriend you as much as you want.

I am the householder . I have just said 'goodbye' to a wonderful lodger aged 29 who has moved into his own place. I have a delightful 2.5 year old Schnoodle and his little cousin puppy of 4 months . As a household we eat together from time to time, and have done cinema trips, visits to local National Trust gardens to walk the dogs, we enjoy watching movies. I work a number of evenings each week, and enjoy giving dinner parties from time to time. In the summer I BBQ alot for friends and household. I like to travel and have taken short term trips to work voluntarily for the Anglican Church in DRC/Sudan/India/East Africa. I keep the rent low as lodgers have agreed to look after the dogs for time to time when I am away .
