More about the accommodation:

Our link-detached house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Fishponds area of Bristol. It is about a five minute walk from the popular Fishponds shopping area (Co-op, Post Office, NatWest, Lloyds, Lidl, Aldi, Morrisons, Iceland, B&M, charity shops, cafes, Wetherspoons, Gym, etc), a lovely large park/river/walks - it's a great area to live!

We are a five minute walk from bus routes into central Bristol and to the UWE main campus (bus stops are five minute walk from the house). We are also well placed for the UWE Glenside Campus, which is just a 10-15 minute walk away. During rush hour the bus ride into the centre of town is 40 mins, less to UWE main campus.

The house has a comfy lounge/diner through room, with TV and piano keyboard, a conservatory and garden. In the kitchen there is an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There will be cupboard and fridge freezer space available.

There is a downstairs cloakroom/loo. The house has a burglar alarm which we always use. There is on-street parking in the street.

The DOUBLE EN-SUITE BEDROOM has an en-suite shower/WC room. It is an airy, double-sized room, with a large window, single bed, large built-in double wardrobe, beside cabinets, drawers, desk, bookcase etc - so plenty of storage space. It looks out over the rear garden, and is sunny in the morning.

Airers are provided downstairs for drying washing in the winter, there is a garden washing line for the summer.

£600 per calendar month (inclusive of bills - gas, electric, water, council tax, shared Broadband/WiFi).

We are looking for a Christian lady to share our home with us.

I (the owner) am 61, self-employed as a carer for a partially disabled friend (who lives nearby) - I also have two part-time jobs, so I am away from the house quite a lot, including evenings. I attend a traditional Anglican Church.

The second member of the household is in her 40s and works 9-5 in Bristol for a Christian mission charity, and attends church locally. She is usually home in the evenings, so you'll be sharing the lounge and kitchen areas with her.

We are a friendly, communicative and easy-going household, tidy and security conscious. We tend to 'do our own thing' but also enjoy socializing together when we have opportunity.

We are looking for a housemate to join us who is friendly, open, easy-going and flexible.
