The accommodation is an annex on the ground floor of a spacious house. Would suits single /married couple/ small family. Comprises bedroom with bed/sitting room (double/single bed option), en-suite bathroom, kitchen and large lounge with bay windows. (It can be discussed if just the main room with ensuite and kitchen at a different price (around £1000 pcm) if the adjacent lounge is not required. Afternoon sun fills both rooms with warmth and light.
The accommodation is furnished with equipped kitchen, is separate to the rest of the household on the ground floor to one side of the house. It is a private area whilst part of the main house.
Quiet leafy cul-de-sac safe location close to river walks and parks. Historic Hampton Court Palace with unique shops and cafes, river trips etc walking distance. Hampton Court and Thames Ditton train stations both nearby 30 mins into London. Buses into Kingston, Richmond etc close by.
The annex offers private accommodation within a family home.
The cost is £1600 per month, and includes bills (Wifi, council tax, water, gas, electric).
Annex is available from May’25.
